Reviews and Ratings
My stay was a mix of enjoyment and shortcomings. The vibrant decor created a cheerful atmosphere, and the location near Old Town Scottsdale was extremely convenient for exploring. However, the room showed signs of wear, and I faced issues with noise from the pool area and other guests. While the service was generally good, I did experience some frustrating moments, like unexpected charges for water I didn't consume (which was a hassle to resolve).
My stay at The Monarch had its ups and downs. The location was fantastic, making it easy to explore Old Town Scottsdale, though the hotel itself felt dated and in need of maintenance. I appreciated the quick responses from staff when I had questions, but the overall service could have been friendlier. My room had some issues, from the unappealing decor to the bathroom's confusing shower. I enjoyed the food during brunch, but I also noticed inconsistencies that made the experience underwhelming.
My stay at The Saguaro in Scottsdale offered a great mix of pros and cons. The location was fantastic, letting me walk to Old Town for cute shops and restaurants, which I loved. However, the room needed some attention, especially with a few maintenance issues that really stood out. While the pool area was inviting and fun, I couldn’t overlook some other drawbacks like the early closing of the bar and some cleanliness issues at the pool.
My stay at The Monarch was quite disappointing. While the location was excellent, and the pool area was inviting, the condition of the room left much to be desired. The outdated décor and odors made for an uncomfortable experience overall.
My stay had its ups and downs. The location was excellent, just a short walk from Old Town Scottsdale, which I appreciated. However, the cleanliness of the room was concerning, with issues like dirty surfaces and a not-so-great bathroom. On the plus side, the staff were friendly and the check-in process was smooth, but the overall experience felt lacking for a boutique hotel.
